Some of these people may be willing to help you find a deal, connect you with others, and/or review the deal you find and help you know how it looks vs their perspective of your local market.There is nothing wrong with starting out by building up your emergency fund and/or property fund, continuing to educate yourself about RE and your local market, and developing a network in your area.
