literally no one does those and you will get a bunch of great leads.when i was doing timber and there is nothing more NICHE than that I would run radio adds on christian station quite effective..

I actually planned to do that at our next duty station.

I have had options that didn't have a price, not in real estate but buying and selling radio stations.

We do 36 month leases, as many of our tenants are active duty military They are at a station for 3 years and want to guarantee a rental for this length.

I am stationed at Fort Bragg and don't mind traveling to network or find properties.

The house is pretty close to the Roosevelt light rail station which is supposed to open in 2021, which may give me more appreciation.2.

Believe they also recently rebranded the area around the MLK light rail station to “Jackson Square” which in my experience has been a way for localities to rebrand a neighborhood to attract new resident (ie, SoHa in Harlem).

Could be a nice play considering the student body has potential renters and Airbnb use considering the out of state visitors while also being relatively close to multiple (Mountain station and south orange) train stations with the NY direct lines
