When you first look into Indianapolis there's likely going to be a lot of info or posts about Fountain Square- I wanted to touch base on this first and say from the start- FS was BOOMING not that long ago- one of the main reasons being that the numbers here made a lot of sense (I'm talking about purchase price point here mainly) now as most home owners do, they've seen a lot of neighborhood changes, and in most cases talked to neighbors that have gotten "X amount" for their home and the natural thought of "What could I sell for now too??"

This is especially true since all the "residential" products out there are no longer available to you anyway.Sure, I'd like to think if you keep your properties proper condition, the insurance should cover you.

So I went to my mentor and got general rule of thumbs (i.e. year built should be within same decade and should be on the same side of town) .Also, my meetings were running too long which was taking time from my team's productivity.

We are already seeing Portland landlords take their rentals out of production and sell the SFRs there has been such a huge run up in values and there is SUCH a HUGE shortage of SFRs available it makes no sense to keep them as rentals.. there by reducing the housing stock even more.
