We brought this up to the agents attention and quickly dismiss it saying the sellers won’t accept to create a hole on the attic, that the house is buy as it is (this was never in the terms to begin with) We offered to pay for the handy man to close the hole afterwards too & nothing. mind you, it’s not a cheap home, it’s not for closure home, seems to be in decent conditions.

Keep in mind that any traditional lender will have rules and limits for how much the seller can finance in addition to their own loan, so unfortunately it's not possible to combine the two for 100% financing or anything close.John

Hey @Olu Oguntoyinbo, before you get all hot on Houston, I would call the city council and see what they are planning.There has been a lot of activity regarding regulations and the like in Houston.

Seller may carry", search currently shows 201 properties, Active, in Maricopa and Pinal county, not including mobile homes, or land.
