I saw numerous online do-it-yourself lawyer websites and did try one out.

Hopefully, they have good lawyers to back them up on that judgment as if an applicant sues, it is likely to be by suing everyone involved -- homeowner, HOA, etc.

LOL I think in some very specific situations they could be a great use, but get a lawyer to figure this out.

We only had to hire a lawyer once and it costed us $600.
