I've been here for decades, had pride in what I offered.

They were able to offer a 1st position loan based off the property and income, and the seller was allowed to offer financing, but in a 2nd position.  

Why not purchase several because each property can pay for itself and I am seeing all of these lenders flooding my Facebook now that I have googled some loan options- and so many offer 100% financing... what am I missing here?

I'm just offering some thoughts, and would love to hear anyone's responses

The family of the deceased sues the guest that punched him, the tenant who invited him and you as the landlord.

Both offer great Sub2/Creative finance communities. 

This is my first one and the seller is motivated but I don’t know if my offer is good and I don’t know enough about the contract.
