It's too easy for things to slip through the cracks during a transition which can get you in hot water.

I also know some people who were in the Air Force and stationed at Tinker, the rental market was pretty hot around there.

The next step would be to work with the Realtor and determine the hot markets, in your County, with the greatest number of sales over the last 90 to 120 days.
