You can't really help at that point.Once an owner's file hits the lender's lawyers' desks, that owner is going to have to either fight foreclosure (which is expensive and a big pain and arguably futile) or try to work with loss mitigation to get a short sale through (or pay off their note!).

One challenge we’re hitting is that it is a 50 acre property and finding a jumbo loan for that acreage isn’t easy.

California Adverse possession because there is more than one test to make a successful claim  you need to litigate it to clear your title and very few can hit all the itmes that need to be done to win these and 99.9% of people cant do it.

I wish I had the gut to be as aggressive as you but I'm forecasting hitting my goals in 7 years in which when I run the numbers more and more the BRRRR strategy appears to be the best and safest bet.

We used Radiant to inspect a property we bought just before the pandemic hit, we didn't have any issues.
