Are there any current / past Suncadia property owners?

I own all of the buildings except one (6 units) which I sold and then leased back the apartments from the new owner (Arbitrage/Master Lease) .

Attorney's review and structure agreements between the owner and PM, especially where the investor/owner is not a SME in REI. 

Maybe they have had a dozen clients look at the space, but the current owner can't afford the TI needed.  

Are we as home owner’s responsible for tenant charges accumulated during move out?

@Jay Hinrichs: When you do your big projects, like I think you did in Gresham OR and Charleston SC, from locating land, to buying the land, to building to handing the new owners their keys, what's a typical length of time?  

I would have the current owner provide you proof of deposits for the last two years for the rent receipts (look for steady on time payments as well as consistent amounts.).

When the land becomes factors more valuable as commercial land than staying residential restricted, are there land developers experienced in breaking up property owners associations to turn the land commercial?
