Thanks a lot @Alex Deacon, I don’t know if I wasn’t looking hard enough but i am confused on finding one, personally I don’t know anyone who does real estate, and searching on google had no avail. 

You can start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.

While your searching for a property management company you'll wanna give The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods a read.

There's a search option by either owner's name or address and I just plug in the street name and all of the houses on that street pop up.

After that I would decide if I want to be more involved, or if I like the passive income and searching for deals.Hope this helps.

An agent with agent access to their local mls can run this search, in most mls systems.

This is the only county I'm having trouble finding this information  I've tried to look through google and the county website.

BiggerPockets is a great place to start the search!

For the non tech savvy person maybe pay a dev a few hundred bucks to get something up and running for you.For me I looked at doing this with Python, which it looks like is well documented on Google.
