Worse, even if they did, each property in each market is different, so applying any rule that involves some type of universal calculation, is a waste of time...and as far as I'm concerned both lazy and dangerous.Now, before someone writes "it's just a guideline", saying that just proves my point.

I have reached out to several builders but if anybody has had a good direct experience with somebody and can recommend them that would be great.A couple I have spoken to:Ma Williams - seems like a great company, but they don't have contractors in the area so on top of the unit cost there will be connection fees, finish work, and a lot more to gamble on.

@Kyle M.The tenants i have are month to month and for January 2021 i would be implementing a new lease that will still be month to month just with different guidelines within the lease
