Big regret but it was fun traveling and getting nice contract awards.

Just want to add that Memphis Invest is now known as REI Nation .. but the whole fun of it to me is doing what REI nation does for you (and takes a big cut for). 

I did my first several flips without one, and looking back a few years later it was a whirlwind and a lot of fun, but I forsook the lessons that I could have been learning with a bit more intentionality during those projects. 

That situation doesn't sound fun getting rid of 25 units.

For me the fun and excitement of REI is buying the properties themselves.

I wouldn't recommend downloading and using a form from the internet because any local lawyer will end up chewing that up the first time something goes wrong.Good Luck!

To me that means that mold could be all over the building where you really can’t see it and that might not be fun to take care of when you are trying to move tenants in right away.
