I am looking for a reliable contractor and plumber to assist me moving forward.

Fast forward to 2017 it has become the biggest hassle dealing with other non-owner tenants.

That will protect you going forward.

Since I have a full time job I will start with traditional mortgages and use savings from my job as well as cashflow from the rentals to finance future properties with traditional or hard money lenders as my portfolio grows.I'm extremely excited to see where this journey takes me, I look forward to connecting with you all here on the forums and learning as much as I can before jumping in head first!

Fast forward two years later to today, and our next house (Hopefully a house hack) will be strictly in my name.  

If you go forward with the purchase and you are financing it you'll have to get title insurance anyway and any liens would come up in the title search.

Right now the new consultant is in the process of determining the previous contractors final payment and determining the new scope of work moving forward.

We have found it important to be very straight forward with agents when making a ton of offers that this is a numbers game and that having a solid system is everything.
