I have been following BiggerPockets for over 3 years now and I am finally getting around to introducing myself on here.

too much money chasing to few deals which leads to over paying.also sellers know this so they keep reserves up.. key is to follow them many times they don't sell and come back on at lower prices you have to work to get deals on that site..

@Scott SmithYou have the option of creating an qualified opportunity fund and investing in the qualified opportunity zones.There are strict rules on where you can invest in and how much improvements you need to make to the investment property.

If business owners follow the rules piercing the corporate veil is difficult. 

I consider myself a follower of a man born and raised in abject poverty, briefly feted as a teacher, and who was finally tortured and condemned to death as a rebel.

I will be coming down in the following weeks and would love to meet if possible to hear more about it and the market. 

However, I strictly use my license for my own investing which is completely different from representing buyers and sellers.
