Some of the other solutions are meant for landlords who have a more robust/developed REI portfolio; that will play into pricing.

I had someone tell me awhile back to take off the silk, and like a lot of great advice, it was unclear to me at the time what that meant.

Forgive me if I took your question out of context and the excessive amount of metaphors, it just seems that the money that is meant for a deposit is already spent, figuratively speaking.

What he meant was that he was intending to live in it for two years and then "flip" it.
