Rentals in certain neighborhoods can command higher rents than nearby neighborhoods for a variety of reasons ranging from access to school districts to general prestige of a specific neighborhood.

Right now I think the best option is a 1-3 bedroom condo in particular areas of the district.  

Is there a map that shows where Perry and Plain school districts are ?     

ADUs are also not allowed in every zoning district, just some, so I would keep that in mind as well as you search.

The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods/school districts (Kirkwood) in St.

I'm mostly looking to own near areas with good school districts and B-Grade neighborhoods.
