We are moving next month from out of town and trying to find a place to buy long distance has been hard.

As time goes on this can wear down or break.

I believe we are ready to make some serious efforts to realize our path to financial freedom.So now here we sit with a small, but useable amount of capital and the will to invest, but a little lost.

We are looking to build a team in San Antonio.

We are looking to rent out house out due to cash flow and not quit having enough equity to sell.

We are thinking of investing in the area as well. we are actually headed down in an hour or so. we found a property on mls. it is 2b/2b 1500 SQ ft about a mile off the strip. just got informed it was recently remediated (?)

We are oversubscribed on every note participation we syndicate.For anyone trying to raise capital without superior knowledge in this space, there exist numerous problems to overcome.  

I'd definitely replace the carpet and paint the walls if it's showing any signs of wear.
