Found 2 properties today that perfectly matched my profile and before the day was over, they were under contract.

I commend you both for getting out and following a passion for something that doesn't start with multiplayer or have a remote with it.I personally do not think it is ever to early to start learning anything and interning is another form of education.

I got out a few years ago and continued with my education and I am currently attending college at the University of Hawaii and will graduate in December this year with a Business Management degree.

Browsing through the website has been a great educator for me as well for my plans to invest in real estate in the future. 

But setting up LLc's seem to have an advantaged to help keep only certain people in the day to day and management of the business and keeps private investors who are funding only out of the business operations.Im sure this could e a record for longest question posted but I would love to hear how others are succeeding and how they have set up similar business models with how and why that works for them.
