Looking to transfer my property to my llc, what is the process, and any insights on this?

So like for example closing and title transfers from if i were to just go ahead and purchase the property as the legal entity instead of an LLC, after title transfers would be expensive to my understanding and not needed with proper preparation. 

After your first year of owning a rental you can use the "schedule E" on your tax returns to show your rental income as well.

We upgraded and the app didn't transfer to new phone and it's telling me in App Store it's no longer available.
