Well, yes I agree, be nice, you might revive it and get the deal (but I doubt it) as to this taking weeks, that's an indication to me that something smells bad.

I don't like losing a good paying tenant, especially one who takes care of my property, I doubt there are plenty of those, but it could be a trade off.I have a lease that basically allows me to add a managment fee for occurances unforseen at the time the lease is made.
