@Kevin Samuels  bringing a contractor with you to help estimate repairs is ideal, but you mentioned the difficulty of it already... it tends to be a poor use of their time, particularly with re investors who only purchase a very small percentage of properties they see.

My question is since I have no credit and getting loans would prove to be difficult, is wholesaling a viable option?

I looked up what a 403(b) is and it appears similar and will most likely not be a problem.When I rolled mine over it was no different than rolling over any 401K plan and nobody in the process had any difficulty doing it.
