Wanted to ask the BP community for feedback at my current state and goal.

I am currently scoping out this market as well. 

Paul, I would say it probably cost the same, (I don't know what the current fee could be) It's better to ask yourself , "what is the value of knowledge" of course you can learn what you need on your own, ( how much will that cost?)

Investing requires time, money or expertise.Which do you currently have?

Currently, I'm in Texas - DFW area and will be relocating to Tampa, FL later this year.

I find that the market rents in Cleveland are pretty decent and compared to the state that I live in currently all the 3 major cities in Ohio do have a low barrier to entry.
