Investing in developing countries is exciting but it's usually very hard and expensive to find financing for these projects.

Usually, you hear excuse after excuse and they try to make their problems your problems.No matter what you decide, document EVERYTHING IN WRITING or suffer the consequences!

I have not seen any statistics showing that sellers have been successful in negotiating down commissions other than in one-off scenarios.
