We use a PO Box quite often, but I totally understand what you mean - it can be time-consuming waiting for the check in the mail.

And, there are several well known wholesale operations in the DFW area who consistently cherry pick comps to support inflated ARV's.

Moreover, consumer debt levels seem to be manageable.

I am new to REI and currently facing the same challenge but have reached out to other successful investors that I know for their guidance and support.

My only downfall is my current income is only 60k a year and I have support payment that total %33 of that.
