If someone is working with a lower balance of funds like I am, than I'm more likely to prefer cashflow so that I can continue to afford the property as well as my life style.If I had some disposable income that was in excess of what I need to live on, than I'm more inclined to look forward towards appreciation because I would have enough wealth to take the hit now for the bigger payment in the future.

Which I have done. it. all.To top that all off, the insurance company made me put a new roof on both structures (I think the roof had a bit of life left in it, but ok) - another $11k - and the main house needs around $6k worth of electrical that the previous owner didn't do properly ("fully remodeled" my ***).

Hi bought ten lots of land in Sebring Florida its R# zoned paying for upfront construction cost need help with getting a mortgage once its built so I can continual to build on the rest of the lots going to be about 18 homes made of containers I have 3 other investors working with me.
