Sometimes it’s really tough to get any kind of loan including cash outs on houses that cheap and also tough to get a 30 year note if it’s in a llc or falls under a commercial loan .

This is nice feature to be able to have access to your retirement funds tax-free and penalties free at any time (if you were to pull funds from the IRA you would be taxed and penalized if it was early distribution).
