Of course, I am going to be biased as I am one of the owners of the company and I’ve played a big role in the development of our 12 different educational events, online curriculum, tools and software.

He said there were additional benefits if you were an investor in Texas because the founders of the software/website were from Texas and so they had more insight/additional information available. 

We recently purchased Buildium for our property management software, and the software includes a rental application that I can customize which fields to include/exclude.
