This site is exactly what I need to get started on my journey and career. 

Name is Tom Suba and I currently work in the field of global logistics. 

I just starting taking classes for my license at first thinking I would only do it for my own investing but I am in sales now as a career but have thought about a full time agent working with investors.

We live below our means and work hard on our career to advance in order to fund the rentals.

I'm very new to the Real Estate field and I'm in the "education" stage of it all.

Real estate is a retirement plan that you can keep building on, and increase goals throughout the year till you close out your career for good.

I've learned so much already from reading through these forums and I'm excited to know that this is just the tip of the iceberg.I'm looking forward to meeting and interacting with folks on this site and to getting my Real Estate career started off on the right track!
