I work in a way that helps a Seller sale their home, place an End buyer in a home of their own, and creates a profit for my business, as well as creating a very good ROI’s for Investor Clients.I welcome any, and all advise, help, partnerships, an occasional kick in the pants, to help me achieve my goal of financial freedom from the experts here at BP.

Sites like realtor.com, Zillow and Truila also receive data from the MLS's but in my experience there can be time lags and occasionally flat out incorrect information.

And yes, you'll occasionally have to stretch past your comfort zone.

When I had to make trips there for the occasional fixes (Pipe froze and busted in the winter, tree blew over from wind, etc) it was pretty easy. 

Hello,I have family in the small town of Mason City, Iowa, so I travel there occasionally.

In my spare time I love hanging out with my family, travelling, I occasionally like to fly small airplanes, and most recently I've been tinkering with home automation (Smartthings).Once my business partner and I have worked out exactly what we want to do (current thinking is buy and hold back in Wisconsin, where we have contacts on the ground and prices are more reasonable), we'll begin to look for opportunities and pull the trigger.  

With my history of rental properties I occasionally toy with the idea of getting into commercial rental property(apartments).

Fortunately I only have to do it occasionally, and only for one or two tenants when it happens.
