Other times, this stuff is on another site at the county (like the county recorder of deeds), so you have to take the parcel number, or the subdivision and lot number, from the tax records, and do another search on that second site to find more information. 

They spend money to get qualified leads (such as you) so the site is free for consumers.

Probably the second biggest complaint on this site is the challenges related to contractors.

It seems difficult to get a liability policy for short term rental activity even when i live on site.

There is an option that you can choose to have a link on your add to have all prospects go thru the screening process or you can opt to send requests from your cozy site to certain tenants who inquire about the property and there won’t be a link for everyone to use.
