Am I better suited getting into a multi-family or a single family home and look at potentially adding value somehow? 

I feel bad when people get sucked into sub-par turn key deals when there are much better options for investing in real estate more passively like investing in syndications or being a financial partner on smaller scale deals with another investor who wants to put in the work but needs the capital (I partner with people like this). 

Would you advice I look for a lender in my state who specializes in out of state or would it be better to find a lender in the state I would be purchasing the property? 

Is it better to invest in one 3-4 unit multi family first or 2-3 cheaper single family homes? 

Learning to pick the property manager better and deal with unexpected repairs hands-off.

It is pretty well known that the more boxes you can check off on your air bnb listing far as what amenities and features you provide the better.

I don't think the status as undocumented is anything to focus on - there are better ways to filter/vet. 

Hello all,I'm wondering what's better for tax benefits and over all for RE investors, LLC or S-CORP?

RE is nothing but numbers, but you better know them.

However, the other friend (who is a loan broker) said it's better to do a note, so that I can refinance as a rate change in 2 months.
