A jurisdiction already could have allowed ADUs to be separated.  

And after checking out a few posts here, it looks like these zip codes may not be that great.

I have questions such as, should I really be looking at my home state, or can I expand to surrounding states as long as it's drivable?

First page google search has his own website and the "Top 100 Professionals" bio (you too can be a top 100 professional for a mere $5,000, or maybe it is $10,000).

just be thankful you can get one at all. most banks simply dont offer these.

So the total amount that should be paid will be rent for remaining days in month + security depositORrent for remaining days in month + next month + deposit - I don't know when would this situation arise.
