I guess because I knew there was nothing much unusual about the request I didn't communicate exactly why I thought it would be easier for you to comply with the request and keep the wheels of progress rolling.I'm glad it worked out for you, and I'm glad you learned something new about landlording today. 

FilePlace has some great forms... though all a bit more advanced and as far as I can see better suited for a top to bottom purchase assessment, etc. 

Try to focus on homes in the same legal if you want the best ARV assessments.  

A good commercial architect or residential one that is used to multi-family can do an assessment for you.  

Best advice is to either find an agent you can trust, or get your own license.Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.

Crime will happen in a major city or any city for that matter, there is no avoiding that, but the type of crime is what you should focus on when assessing the area. 

./ owner name, etc. and get the tax info and assessed value - that's not the problem at all.
