Hi,My name is Dania, my husband and I are coming to check out Spokane on the second week of May.We have been living in Brooklyn NY for the past 16 years but are now actively exploring and planning our relocation, we are not settled yet on where that will be but Spokane is high on the list, we have spent a day in the city a few months ago and are now coming back for a few more days and hope to learn more about the city, the people and the RE market.

I will likely be adding umbrella coverage sometime in the near future assuming I can find something at a reasonable rate that will cover all of my activities.

Since if they activated the rate rise, it start over on the new principal amount, raising it 2% instead of 3% still guarantees my payments go down instead of up.My other lender is a local credit union and they offer 15 year fixed notes.

Typically if the parks are kept in good shape and you pro-actively build a relationship with zoning/dept of health you should see fewer issues.
