I’m looking for a way to efficiently pre-screen tenants.  

Knowing what we knew and some shared knowledge from our family in the many processes of owning, buying, flipping we wanted to take our profits from the first house and turn that into additional income.

I like the ideas I've seen of making two payments to the owner ----- one for the market price "rent" and one for additional down payment. 

My current feeling on this is that my properties have always been clean, safe, and energy efficient.

Hi @Steve Reiley, I had no trouble with CE shop regarding any additional hidden fees.

The time it takes to get approval for the port depends on the efficiencies in both the HAs involved in the process.  

I had a guest that said they had an ID verification on their AirBNb profile and once we got police report back it turned out that they were younger than my requirement in addition to not having same name as profile.

Tell them they can rent it or buy it through a bank.in addition the expense of the foreclosure or whatever you need to do to clear title and get it back in your name  ..
