I would like to work with other investors in any of these fields and get first hand experience and see how they approach their niche and strategy if their nice enough to share :)I'm probably getting way ahead of myself with not even doing my first deal yet..

Satisfaction, pride, worthy accomplishments, contribution to the community, assisting others, changing lives and achieving goals.

Most important ask if they work with investors and if they understand the needs of the investor and the timing constraints, the budgetary goals and the final outcome your seek to achieve.

Other people can feel successful and empowered from the get-go and can celebrate every small achievement; I think those folks are the lucky ones, really.

Then actually selling/buying places as a Realtor will get you first-hand experience with transactions.
