Mastermind Groups are optimally no more than six regular members.Where are you?

I wouldn't have any issues with someone using LegalZoom or similar services.

With that said, the numbers in terms of population etc, don't give me the warm and fuzzy.

@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.

I always suggest starting with friends and family and even ask them if they know anyone who might be interested.

I think this area of DFW is as good as any place in the country. 

I worked directly with 2 housing providers in the area to vet the tenants.
