I bought after reno but added brand new 5 Ton AC unit, dual sets of washer and dryers.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I like bringing engineers out since then bring companies out to bid on the work to recommend. 

I'm interested in connecting with other investors and investor-friendly real estate agents, focusing in MTRs in Kansas City.I'm interested in a 2-bedroom house (SFR or duplex), ideally near hospitals and/or universities and research centers.Are there any real estate agents you would recommend from personal experience?

Hi Jason, I'd highly recommend checking with the sellers to find out if the condo is warrantable or non-warrantable.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. 

However, especially for your first, I would suggest the money you pay for either option is a better value than doing it yourself.Pursuing an investment with a partner does complicate hings slightly and I'd recommend discussing the legalese with an attorney.How do you stop a tenant from wrecking your property? 

A few of my private lender buddies recommended these, and they have some for wholesale as well.

We also help other investors because I recommend good contractors.
