At that point, the buyer (borrower) would be on the title along with the primary lender as lien holder.Underwriting would be jointly agreed on in a formal written Policy and Procedure Manual and Credit Matrix.

We've got to be at the computer, making sure the listings we found allow pets, pied-a-terres, require 40% down, parents buying for children, knowing the rental policy, have a flip tax, or are indeed still-available, never mind in the right location and price point for our clients.
