Hi Everyone, I was recently made aware of an excellent resource that conducts third-party reviews of all types of investing company's, including online real estate investing companies and platforms. 

Such a great idea and platform you made.

Some people have trouble with tenantcloud because the platform isn’t that great (lots of glitches).

These are the normal county “court house steps” foreclosure auctions, they are just the online platform.

Looking forward to making more connections on the BP platform.  

From there as you grow, you can move on to one if the online platforms  (or not).

Overall they have a very good platform but not enough staff to handle the amount of homeowners they are bringing on.

Once you get that baseline in any negotiation, you have a platform to work off of. 

I totally understand the instinct of landlords to expect that things will be in worse shape with constant turnover of airbnb guests, but the truth is: the space is cleaned every couple of days from top to bottom; I'm immediately aware of any repairs that need to be tackled; airbnb guests are typically gone most of the day and don't spend much time in the space; because it is an online community that relies heavily on reviews, it's very hard for irresponsible guests to remain on the platform (they would immediately get bad reviews and then other hosts wouldn't accept bookings.

You can also utilize platforms like Airbnb and post a request for a local co-host that can also do this for you.
