Hahahaha @Tara Wright don't worry about @Lucas Carl his sense of humor doesn't translate well over the internet.

It was only the advent of the internet that allowed me to begin reading the writings of others that had feelings similar to my own.

I am buying utilities from the same companies (Teksavvy for internet, Union gas, alectra for hydro)I am curious if there are any utility service providers that offer discounts with the more properties that are added to the account?

My response, and the response of all owners should be, "well, the best thing you could is do an internet search about the statistics here".  

Additionally, I see landlord review sites on the internet open to the public.I can't imagine a closed group can't share info on past renters. 

Either she has the doctors letter, which she clearly does not, she will produce a fake one off of the internet or she will leave when you call her bluff.

HOAs, utilities, property management, booking fees, cable, internet, etc. can all add up fast so make sure you do your due diligence before diving in. 

You can google “VRBO rental agreement” and steal one off the internet but it sounds like you’re a bit more worried than I am so you better have your lawyer draw one up. 

I got the name (just a name) from the city, and from a little bit of internet digging I'm pretty sure I found the guy. 

There was no BiggerPockets online at the time and in fact we did not even have home computers or the internet then.
