I'm at 710 only because I'm young and don't yet have a credit card, I have one I'm going to activate and use sparingly to bump it up to around 730ish (that's what the myFICO prediction was anyways).My parents on the other hand... 819 for my dad and my mom said around 830, they never have problems with financial institutions when asking for money.

I Think we have somehwere around 11,000 or 12,000 such institutions and they would like that number to be closer to the 7,000 range.

You don't need to be to own a senior assisted living project or a nursing home, but that means you'll need to hire others to admisiter staff, or farm it out.May be the best place for you to start is with your state regulatory agency that governs such institutions, I'm sure you'll change your mind!
