However, imaginative and hard-working people, who can create a good network and follow through on promises and projects always seem to find success.

I don't blame them though - I can't imagine how many people come to brokers on a daily basis and say they are going raise money for a large complex. 

I would imagine that the mortgage servicing company receives a notification as to when taxes are due, and also knows the specific deadlines for particular states/counties as to when taxes are due, so that they're alerted. 

But then id imagine you'd need an LLC and I'm sure partnership is very rough.

As you can imagine, the cost of living is substantially less in Nashville than Los Angeles, allowing me to save more money.After about 18 months of living in Nashville, I closed on my first property in Nashville — a home on Alice Street (zip 37218) — that I bought with a combination of my money and a hard money loan from my father.
