I have YouTubed many DIY projects and have a few in mind to save some cash- refinishing cabinets, replacing fixtures, painting (outside of house), and a couple more. 

I am at a real estate investment class but I don’t feel it is necessary to pay $40,000 for training with a “guru.”I’m just looking to see if anyone is currently investing in the Glasgow, Edinburgh, or anywhere in Scotland and wanted to have a cup of tea or coffee and chat about some real estate? 

Also the silver paste that they use to put on roofs they got some on my bathroom fixtures and I don't know what to use to remove it!

Plus, the tenant has a right to working fixtures, etc.

So I got to Lowe's and realized, "Wow... how do I know what price of light fixtures, doors, sinks, windows, bath tubs, roofing material, etc... do I write down?

But those are corporate benefits :) I finally got this down where I can walk in and virtually "paint" a house together, cabinets, flooring, walls, tile, appliances, even light fixtures in metallics if I get that cheap.

Light fixtures?

I do sometimes offer some small token: maybe replacement of an old lighting fixture or faucet that makes them happy and still benefits the property. - Tom

I'll occasionally change something small like a faucet or a light fixture by request but if the flooring is in good shape it's staying.
