Also, as they say... not your keys, not your coins--so better have a very deep trust in whatever site you go with. 

Looking at a few projects and open to sharing GP if something comes together. 

I also currently follow Tampa Flippers on IG and they just started a mastermind group that is free (or really cheap) and have been sharing a lot of helpful information on flipping that you may be interested in.

They have their own in house management company in the area that you don't have to use but they will share in detail what they are seeing in their markets with you to make a better decision.

If you keep reading many of the topics on the forums, you will come to find many people sharing  posts where they attest to paying 18.63% in the '70's for their homes.

All of the meetings that I see about ADUs are sponsored by builders who want to sell their ADUs.Are there others who want to build their own or want to share their experiences about building ADUs / converting outbuilding / navigating codes in Portland that DO NOT involve hiring one of these tiny house start-up companies?

If you have more suggestions, please share because i am also looking to invest in that city.Looking forward for more thoughts on this.
