There are condos for sale with similar square footage on the adjacent streets within 0.2-0.3 mile away for double the price and luxury high rises, high end gyms, restaurants, bars, and yoga studios, all within a few minutes walking.

One area I'm particularly nervous about is the master suite/owner's retreat area.  

There are numerous apartments, a Marriott hotel,  dog friendly parks, walking paths, fountains and small "lake", entertainment venues, night clubs, retail, boutiques, yoga, gyms, restaurants and personal care beauty services minutes away, There are many corporate HQ's within a few minutes drive, plus it is on the tollway and 5 minutes from 121.

The second month she was days late with some cockamamie story about her phone falling in water on some retreat.

FYI, there is a lot of lawyer, medical offices, yoga studio, chiropractor who lease property in the area.4.

There's no doubt in my mind that the passing parade of hedge fund-level investors will lose interest in the smaller real estate market and perhaps will offer opportunities for independent investors to buy these properties as big guys retreat back to Wall Street.

Now I want one  a condo free and clear ,but for  only. ( my wife and I need a little retreat ,myrtle beach SC .

I have been to 70 countries or so, and really love seeing how places evolve, and coming up with ideas for how to create cool spaces -- mainly for short-term rentals, retreats, ecotourism, etc.Any advice for you experts out there?

My partner is a yoga teacher and health and nutrition coach and we like that the area is outdoorsy as well.
