@Roman Balmakov If you are planning on holding the property long term and have enough reserves to cover even worst case scenarios it could still be worth it. 

Remember, if you decide to sell in a few years, any bonus depreciation comes back as ordinary income.

I've had several HOAs and just like property management companies most aren't worth it.
