We are going through the eviction process for one of our San Antonio park residents now and it is simple and fast as long as the procedures are followed.That makes sense as texas is kinda laid back and wild west with the dealership business and the mobile home parks is not too far off from the auto industry in most states.

Based on the purchase price, I'm just going to take a wild guess that this is an older building in an average-at-best neighborhood.If that's the case, you are going to spend a lot more on repairs, and you are going to have a lot of CAPEX every year.
