I keep my stuff looking nice and while this truck isn't going to win any beauty contests, it's relatively dent free, the paint still looks decent (I wash and wax it once in a while) and I keep the interior relatively vacuumed and dusted and don't filthy up the seats.

The flange is the part that connects to the pipe and floor, then the wax seal sits on that. 

I was very embarrassed, because no matter how many candles I had the smell was just not going away by this time I was getting bad headaches every day coughing sleeping all the time to the point where I went for full time at work to part-time work I saw when it rained in the porch where it was screened in right by the front door.

I had burned the candle at both ends for so long, there wasn’t much left in the middle.

Whenever we've done welcome packages in the past, we've done candles, chocolate, cleaning supplies and a gift card to local store or restaurant. 

They recommended making "roach tacos" - basically take a 4 inch square of wax paper. 

(To be clear, I'm not waxing poetically - I'm genuinely curious what you and others think!)

Wash and wax once a year at the minimum.

There’s ashes on cardboard boxes, weed smoke the last time I was there they didn’t realize I’m part owner and thought I was just a hired worker so they smoked multiple times then abs now it’s ashes and candles.

We washed them several times with chlorine, waxed them and the place still smelled bad.
