I will post my story on here... it resulted in a more than 8000 loss... and water bills which were not paid, and which Northpoint was supposed to assist in transfering to tenant's name. 

The initial cost can be high, but no maintenance or water costs afterward.Good luck with your project!

About a month ago our renter called to say that the water is leaking through the air vent from the ceiling.

I would say this was the least organized BPCon (no cevent App, poor email distribution, my workshop that was $300 had about 20% attendance rate) I have been to, with the worse room problems (both ac and hot water problems in my room), and the hurricane issue (they cancelled the meal but many of the restaurants required reservations that we did not make because we were expecting the meal), and in my opinion worse keynote speakers even when one was a repeat (I like David Greene keynotes, but …), I enjoyed this BPCon more than the others I attended. 

. :) Now, I also provide a very unique space, being that I'm 2 blocks to the lake and have water views from my apartment.

I told them I would bring them extra flashlights, batteries and water but they should get themselves perishables.  

The same AC or water heater also costs more if it gets installed in a 1 million dollar home than if it goes into a 300k home.
